You are walking along Ralnoth's main street.  The street is made of fairly
new cobblestone, and is lined on both sides with stores and buildings.  To the
south is the entrance to the greater Mages' Guild, while the most prominent
building to the north is the magic shop.  Both the guild and the shop have
magically powered light pipes above the doorways.  This section of the town is
eternally lit... being a magic user must have its advantages.

The Mage's Bar and Guild
Once you pass into the territory of the Mages everything becomes quiet.
You feel at peace.  This area must be under some sort of spell - it is
just too perfect to be natural.

This room is full of mages of all sorts of talent. You look to be the
wisest mage in the room - but before you get a swollen ego, remember
that this is, after all, the Ralnoth Mage's Guild hall.

You can come here to  brag of new spells you know or just to get a
smart drink. The guildmaster's reception is to the east, if he will
deign to see you.
