The Lower Commons

You stand in the centerpiece of this great city.  In the middle of the room sits a long table, carved countless years
ago out of the very tree itself, surrounded by several wooden chairs.  Four archways lead in each direction, each with a
faint carving over their respective curvatures.  A rope ladder leads further down the trunk of the great tree, and
upwards into the upper commons.

A small sign catches your attention.
There are six obvious exits: north, east, south, west, up and down.

ring continues both east and west. Looking out into the surrounding Elven forest, you can see a rather pleasant looking
day already in progress as the trees and plants sit calmly in the sun's light.
