An Evil Man.

The gates of Ciduul:
A young lady ran up to one of the guards recently and complained about being
bitten by a mean man with sharpened teeth. All she could tell them when they
asked where to find him was somewhere to the southwest, she had been playing
with some badgers and she had ended up in an old building with him in it.

Seek out this Evil man for the rewards of his death.
