Dirty water drips down from the low ceiling.  Standing upright you feel your
head barely touch the wet ceiling, letting dark waterdrops slide over your neck
and down your back.  Looking at the walls on both sides of you,  you send a
prayer to your god that this passage won't get any narrower.  As it is right
now you're lucky that you can move at all.  The floor is wet and covered with
muddy garbage which makes your footsteps echo emptily around this narrow
passage.

Under Dark Dungeon - Small Passage

The slimy water drips down the ceiling and upon your nose, making you wrinkle
it in disgust.  In this passage you have to move slowly, not only because of
the slippery ground, but also because crashing your head on a stalactite in
this darkness wouldn't be so good.  The passage is also narrow, and it is with
great effort that you manage to move along here.  Something slides beneath your
feet down in the darkness, and you shudder at the thought of looking down to
see what it really was.
