A bright blue tunic with a small golden shield printed on the the chest.  The
tunic, the symbol and uniform of the Oceanian Guard, usually worn over the
bearers armour to show his rank and status in the guard.
The golden shield itself is a beautiful example of Oceanian goldsmithing, a
sword and an axe is depicted on either side of a silvery eagle.  On a golden
plate underneath there is an inscription reading:
        "Ferro et Igne I pacem Confirmare"
