Another tactical retreat. This is some time ago though, right after that
first battle were lots of people died here at the docks. This is also, of

Cliffbase Docks:  Eastern Pier

     This section of the Cliffbase Docks is for the docking of privately owned
vessels.  The pier is worn but looks stable enough.  Mooring ropes lie coiled
along the sides of the pier with stray bits of debris caught up in them.

There are two obvious exits : north and sea.
