     There is a large tree in the middle of the path here causing the path to
split in two directions.  One fork leads east, while the other heads southwest. 
Off to the north you can see another mountain much larger than the one you are
on.  You know it to be the Unicorn Mountains well known throughout the land and
enshrouded in mystery. 

Reasonably hot day in The Season of Metal with very thin complete cloud cover.
There are two obvious exits : east and southwest.
