   Isle of Belaern:  Hidden Cavern.

     This is a small cavern hidden behind the great waterfall.  There is just
enough room for you to stand without hitting your head on the stone ceiling.
Condensed water drops on you from the ceiling and you hear the roar of the
crashing waterfall echoing throughout the cavern.  The only light comes from
the sunlight that shines through the waterfall.  You feel very relaxed here,
and despite the humidity, you breathe easily.

There is one obvious exit: waterfall.
