Duergar Mines: Abandoned Tunnels

This section of the tunnels is cold and naked.  The walls are smoothly carved
by skilled miners, and small rocks litters the ground.  Faint sounds of water
dripping on a hard surface can be heard in the distance. The dry air is colder
now.

There are three obvious exits : northwest, northeast and south.
