Belgar's Haven:  Central Pier.

     The Central Pier was recently rebuilt by the town council.  The supports
were repaired, and new moorings put in place.  Talin, the town mayer, hopes to
revive his town's struggling economy through the shipping and shipbuilding
business.  Private vessels from all over the realms sail from this pier every
day.  Maybe you could buy your own ship to sail, for the right price.
