I had a doorway open to this no-exit room from another area. When Tsernomor attacked me,
I tamed and went west through my doorway. When he followed, I spackled the doorway and locked
him down into a one on one fight... I thought I had him, as you can see, but apparently
the bonus spell 'displace' works even when someone is tormented.

Tortuga:Govenor's Mansion:Second Floor
  A large seaside landscape dominates the view, hung on the wall
overlooking this balcony.  A thick marble banister guards the unwary from
falling down to the first floor, which the entryway lies.  From here you
relize that the tiled floor below is in fact and intricate mosaic; of a
design or insignia of some sort.  The balcony exits to the east and the
west, where the second floor is accessable.

Underground Dance Club
  What seems to be noticable, the pale white beings that were seen from
other areas of the club, are vampires.  Dancing with the humans in this
underground level, they lure them here to dance and show them a good time,
then go in for the kill.  Swaying back and forth, in a daze trance by the
music, the humans hardly notice the vampires reaching their long, razor
sharp fangs down towards the humans necks.  The smell of fresh blood in the
air surrounds every being, and a red tinted stain lines the vampires lips
and fangs. Whispers are heard, all that can be made out is "Come with me
mortal, to the back room..." followed by a toothy grin, and a shrill hiss.

The Courtyard of the Manor. [HOUSE] [ANTI-VORTEX]
  As you walk along the cobblestone pathway, a large, towering victorian
manor surrounded by magnificent maple trees comes into your vision. A
powerful gust of a cool, enchanting breeze hits you in the face and whirls
a million scarlet and auburn leaves, tanned facets of a diamond. A few
moments later you stand in the front courtyard of this beautiful home,
struck with awe at its slendor. A wide assortment of flora and herbs sit
along the cobblestone path, boasting their beauty and fragrance. Under the
autumn evening sky, the house has an eerie quality to it that is quite odd. 
A white marble fountain is here, a statue of a woman holding a quill and
scroll. Inside the manor, you see one lit candle in the uppermost chamber,
awaiting your arrival.
