Financiers' Folly is a wide boulevard with an ornamental median. A small,
bubbling fountain surrounded by beds of daffodils, splashes sprays of water
over four sea shell tiers. Small children dance and skip around the fountain,
while indulgent parents look on. Mixed with the feverish cries of merchants
plying the wares and the screeching voices of haggling customers, the sounds of
children laughing adds to the cacophony of village life.

Tavern to the southeast and the hotel to the northwest, though you can spy no
