Magnussen's Tower: Tower Stair

     You feel you must have reached the cavern ceiling after climbing for so
long but there is no way to tell.  The stairs still climb away in both
directions and out of the range of the light.  The painting is very disturbing
here.  It depicts the skeletal creatures smashing the gates of a tower with a
gigantic battering ram.  The ram almost seems to be formed as a dragon.

There are two obvious exits : down and up.
