ok this sucks.  I am posting this so it will be read and changed by the immos.  A lvl 5 newbie who is forced to become evil (no choice) when he joins the antipaladin guild.....I feel good/evil based spells should not effect him.  The reason being.  I was xping in hobs and walk west after getting beat up on one and luciano is casting holy storm in the next room...i walk in and immediately am dead.  
2 ] It should NOT happen!
3 ] That spell should NOT NOT NOT effect a lvl 5 newbie.  it should not effect a lvl 17 newbie.  Once the newbie tag is gone, then game on.  I will post it on deathlogs to show why it is being abused to kill newbies just because they play "another character" .....it's bs and until the threats stop and the "heavily frowning upon bs stops" it's going to continue.  I want to see action.  ACTION IMMOS!...Do what you are supposed to do which is uphold the laws of the game.  Is this the kind of place you want newbies to come to and be slain as soon as they join a guild?

Oh ya, and conveniently he burried my eq as well...I lose my lvl and my xp and my eq and all i get is a raise which i could have gotten anywhere...That's compensation from a truely sorry person.  It's abuse.  Absolute abuse.  And it's gonna continue until this hole you call a game gets some actual rules and not just frowns from the immos.
