Some trash logs in to steal from a newbie because that's all he can do?  He manages to steal an empty bag and in his anger he gives it to an npc a buries it...
This is the kind of trash the the surfacers are and hang with and scout with....They don't like it that they aren't allowed to kill a newbie tagged person...so they steal from it?
