You hear faint music in the background and singing as well.

Upon the ship The Star Follower:  Main Deck.

   You are standing upon the main deck of the ship The Star Follower.  The
captain of this ship is known for his reckless disregard for the safety of his
passengers.  This is the main reason that The Star Follower is the only vessel
that sails to the six isles of Hoerk.  For now, the waters around five of the
isles are even too dangerous for this ship to brave and therefore, you will
only be able to travel to Belaern Isle.  The ship itself is in fine condition
and the crew seems to be in good spirits.  You can see the virtual maze of
lines overhead, known as rigging, that connect literally everything above you. 
The deck is spotless, and the crew scurries quickly from place to place
preparing The Star Follower to sail upon the Sword Sea.

There is one obvious exit : dock.
