Strange Tunnel Crossroad

As you enter this room, the tunnel widens into a large cavern.  You peer about
in confusion, realizing that this cavern has had strong spells placed upon it. 
It's difficult to determine which way you should go from here, and you are
aware that the corridors leading off from this are likely filled with
treacherous traps and dangerous monsters.  You had best proceed with extreme
caution.  Smaller tunnels lead off in almost every direction.

There are seven obvious exits : north, east, south, southwest, northwest,
northeast and southeast.
