Delfen's Tower:  Second Floor

     The sensation this room has upon you is a rather strange one, appearing
almost as if you were standing on the surface of a cloud that hangs knee high
above some tangible floor.  A throne of ivory is the chamber's only furnishing,
sitting atop an ebony dais rising against the back wall out of the fog.  Their
destinations masked by the mist clinging to both floor and ceiling, a spiral
staircase leads up and down.

There are two obvious exits : up and down.
