Cliffbase Docks: Eastern Pier
This first section of the Eastern Pier seems to be some sort of ceremonial
or formal mooring space. There are guards posted at regular intervals through
this whole stretch. A royal blue awning covers the dock and a matching carpet
spans the length through the center. South, you can see mooring slots for
other, less important, privately owned ships.
