     The mine walls glitter and glow from the reflection of the light given off
by the torches.  The sounds of mining echo throughout the mine tunnels.  The
busy miners don't seem to take notice of your presence.  You see long streaks
of mithril veins in the walls.  You can only wonder how much it is worth and
how deep it runs.  You wonder if you could mine it...The path goes to the
southeast and west from here. 

There are two obvious exits : southeast and west.
