There are whispers that thieves and the like are found
sneaking outside the city of Banefall. They say that 
Cahlarn actually deals with them. Many have come and gone, 
a very few have ever returned. But if they are found by the guards,
their lives aren't worth much. As for the public execution
of that little thief Hywinn. Ask Cahlarn and he'll deny
