Mad Jack Lochannan

Mad Jack Lochannan stops in at the tavern for a drink now and then, mainly
when the weather is to foul to set sail to Hoerk. Owenden keeps rum in stock
just for him. Well yes, he has a fine set of stories from all his sea
travels. Some, like the one about the dwarf and the sea serpent are just
unbelievable, but the last story he told me bears repeating. 

Who'd have expected to see a giant in the middle of the sword sea ?.
Apparently Mad Jack ran his ship aground on a reef he'd never seen before,
while he and the crew were picking themselves of the deck still a giant
climbed down from the rocks, checked the boat over and refloated them. Jack
say's he knows where the rocks are now and he intends to avoid them. Mind
you, the way he teases pirates I can see a few more ships ending up there,
he has a nasty sense of humour has Jack.
