Magic Theft

The wizard was quite breathless... even after 8 shots of Dragon's
breath.  They don't call it Dragon's breath for nothing either!
The entire time the poor boy was sitting there, he mumbled
under his breath.
  ... then it was gone ...
  ... my magic, my poor magic ...
He sobbed pitifully too.  As a not-so friendly orc carried
him out, I heard him say 'The lute!?  Now my magic!!  Thief!'
Might've been out of his mind, but there's only one group
I know of that steal AND know of magic.
